Warrick Hazeldine
Director
Warrick Hazeldine is an experienced director, business and community leader.
He is long accepted as an expert board-level communications advisor and is recognised increasingly as a business builder and astute investor in his own right. He is an authority in the fields of investor relations, corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions and crisis and reputation management.
Warrick is graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a winner of the Business News ’40 Under 40 Award’, which recognises the top 40 entrepreneurs aged under 40.
He is the former Chair and former Non-Executive Director of Pilbara-focused lithium company, Global Lithium Resources, non-Executive Director of clean energy company, ChemX, he is a member of the Curtin University Advisory Council and is a Director of Surfing WA, the peak body for surfers in WA.
As a father of two daughters, Warrick is passionate about creating conversations and change focused on diversity, inclusion – with a key focus on a sustainable environment for the benefit of society.
Dayna Hazeldine

Dayna is a business improvement and marketing professional.
Dayna brings a wealth of knowledge to Northpoint by driving its marketing, branding and financial administration.
Dayna currently serves the Willetton Basketball Association in a Team Management and administrative role.
As a mother of two girls, Dayna is passionate about building strong communities through the power of sport. She actively gives back to her community by volunteering her time and funds to social causes.

Andrea Manning
Accounts/Administration
Andrea has an extensive background in stockbroking having started out there early in her career. She went on to work in London for Bank of New York & HSBC London before coming back home and settling down.
After having children, she went on to become a bookkeeper working in various roles. She has also served on many boards as the Treasurer and also manages her kids sporting teams.
Andrea comes to us with a wealth of knowledge in finance administration. Her attention to detail is second to none and her organisation skills are amazing.
